Mark Pare

Mark Pare made the trip to Waterloo Region from 570 NEWS' sister station --- and his hometown --- in Timmins.

He is a journalism graduate of Canadore College in North Bay in 2011, and jumped into the field immediately with Village Media and the US-based site Bleacher Report.

In October 2012, Mark began his career with Rogers Media in North Bay. From there, came four years of reporting in Timmins, covering everything from city council, court cases, human interest stories and much more.

Mark enjoys exercising, bingeing YouTube, sports and sports entertainment.
