Police still looking for suspects in donation box theft (2 photos)

A donation box has been stolen from a Tim Horton's location in Kitchener.


Regional Police were called to the coffee shop on Victoria Street North around 7:30 p.m. Sunday.

They say a woman went in carrying an object, which she used to smash plexiglass and snatch a donation box, which contained an undisclosed amount of money.

The woman then fled the area on foot.

Nobody was hurt.

Police are looking for a woman, described as between 25-30 years of age, 5'2" or 5'3", blonde hair.

She was wearing a black t-shirt, black pants, a black hat, gloves and a red scarf or COVID mask, which had polka dots on it.
