A new COVID-19 vaccination clinic opened in Waterloo Region on Thursday.

It is located at the New Vision Family Health Team, which is in the Forest Hill Centre at 421 Greenbrook Drive in Kitchener.

On Tuesday, April 13, a clinic will also open at Langs satellite site in Ayr, located in the North Dumfries Community Health Centre, 2958 Greenfield Road.

The region says anyone who has pre-registered for the vaccine through their booking system has already had the option to choose either one of these locations.

You can pre-register by clicking on the following link: COVID-19 Vaccination Pre-registration. Anyone who needs help registering online is also encouraged to reach out to a family member or friend for help.

As of Thursday afternoon, over 103,000 doses of the vaccine had been administered in Waterloo Region. Over 15,000 residents (2.64 per cent) are fully vaccinated.
