Maddie Demarte

Maddie is a reporter at 570 NEWS. She can be heard on weekends delivering the region's traffic, and also during the week as a news reporter.

Maddie is a proud graduate of Conestoga College's Broadcast Journalism program, which is where she discovered her love of radio. While in the program, she spent her time anchoring/reporting for the school's radio station, 88.3 CJIQ, as well as the online station, Q2. Maddie also has experience in the TV industry; volunteering with RogersTV and contributing to Conestoga's SpokeTV. She completed her internship at our sister station, Country 106.7, helping out on the afternoon drive and evening shows. From there, Maddie joined the Rogers Radio team in the promotions department in 2017, and most recently joined the news team in October 2018.
