Reversing vehicle hits two kids at Elora Gorge

The children are in stable condition

Two young children were taken to hospital with serious injuries after an incident at the Elora Gorge Conservation Area.

OPP report it happened Sunday afternoon around 2 p.m. 

A driver was reportedly reversing a vehicle at a campsite when it struck a 5-year-old girl and 7-year-old boy. 

The kids are said to be in stable condition.

There's no word on whether any charges will be laid.
