The Special Investigations Unit says there will be no charges against Guelph Police officers after an incident earlier this year.
Back on January 1, police arrested a 44-year-old man, and in the process, his nose was broken.
Two police officers were the subject of the Special Investigations Unit inquiry.
It was found that the arresting officer identified as likeliest to have inflicted the injury, was determined there are no reasonable grounds to believe that the officer committed a criminal offence in connection with the man's arrest and injury.
