If you're in Stratford you might see an army unit training in the city Thursday.
Lower Queen's Park will be filled with soldiers doing training exerices throughout the evening.
You can expect to see a lot of armed troops, with rifles and camoflouge gear on.
No rifles will be loaded with ammo and they aren't prepped to fire in any way.
Second Lieutenant Cameron Brice-Elion tells 570 NEWS that anyone is free to watch them peform their exerices.
"The only ask is that you maintain some type of spacing. At least 50 to 100 metres would be nice," says Brice-Elion. "We'll be shouting and using a lot of space."
Brice-Elion says they usually do training in the actual garrison on Waterloo Street, but decided to take it to the public for training.
"However, when you want to actually kind of put words into practice, we like to use other natural spaces. We march around the lake in Stratford quite a bit as well."
The exercises will start at 7:00 pm and run for about three hours.
