Wellington County OPP are responding to the scene of a serious collision in Guelph/Eramosa between Wellington Road 86 and Wellington Road 30.
According to OPP, a tractor trailer collided with a pick-up truck in that area.
While initial reports indicated that Ornge Air Ambulance may have been required at that collision, that response has since been "tiered down".
Of the two vehicles involved, both drivers were taken to hospital by emergency services with undetermined injuries.
As a result of this collision, the south-bound lanes of Wellington Road 86 have been blocked, as well as the eastbound right turning lane on Road 30 to turn south.
That area is now closed for emergency vehicle response, as OPP said they're dealing with a jack-knifed tractor trailer - as well as a fuel spill and a downed light standard.
That area will likely be experiencing lane restrictions for several hours.
