Police search for suspects following robbery

Regional Police are on the lookout for suspects in Cambridge following a robbery Monday night.

Police responded to the area of Edward Street and Johnston Avenue around 9:45 p.m. after the victim arranged to sell an item through a buy and sell website. 

The victim met the unknown individuals in a nearby parking lot and during the exchange, one of the suspects brandished a gun and proceeded to rob the victim, then fled on foot. 

No physical injuries were sustained during the incident.

The first suspect is described as male, white, approximately six feet tall with a thin build, wearing black clothing and a dark mask.

The race of the second suspect is unknown but has been described as about 5’5” with a thin build, wearing dark clothing and a mask.

Police are reminding residents that there is a buy and sell exchange zone at North Division, located at 45 Columbia Street in Waterloo.
