Four homes were broken into in the early hours of Tuesday morning, all in the city of Waterloo.

Police were called to homes in the area of Moccasin Drive, Greenbrier Drive and Longwood Drive, where residents reported the break-ins happened as they slept.

In three of the break-ins, the suspect got inside by cutting screens of windows and doors, and proceeded to steal personal items.

In one case, the suspect got away with a motor vehicle.

In the fourth break-in, police say the suspect did not gain entry, but believe all four incidents are related.

If you have any information, call police at 519-570-9777 ext. 8616 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
