Police asking the public for information in connection to Cambridge assault

Waterloo Regional Police continue to investigate an alleged assault in Cambridge.

Officers were called to the area of King Street East and Laurel Street on Tuesday June, 4 around 12:30 a.m., after reports of a disturbance.

A 36-year-old man was reportedly assaulted in an alleyway in the area.

The man was taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
