Firearm complaint leads to two arrests in Waterloo

Waterloo Regional Police have made two arrests following a firearm complaint.

Officers executed a search warrant at a residence on Avondale Avenue in Waterloo on Monday afternoon, around 4:30 p.m.

It's reported an airsoft pistol was discovered and two 18-year-olds were arrested.

Multiple charges were laid against the pair, including using an imitation firearm, assault with a weapon, and uttering threats.
