A Waterloo man has been charged following a crash in the Township of Perth East.
Ontario Provincial Police say it happened just before 4 p.m. on Friday, August 9 on Perth Line 86, just west of Road 135.
They allege the driver of a sedan heading west on Line 86 fell asleep, striking four other vehicles traveling east on Line 86 and a bus heading west, which was transporting factory workers.
Only minor injuries were reported.
Jozef Kierylo, 74, has been charged with careless driving.
Police say 20 per cent of fatal collisions in this country are linked to driver fatigue.

- Share driving with other passengers
- Take frequent breaks
- Keep the inside vehicle temperature on the cooler side, a warm vehicle can make you sleepy
- Eat light meals and drink plenty of water, overeating can make you tired
