Child approached in Kitchener

Waterloo Regional Police are looking for the driver of a vehicle after a child was allegedly approached in Kitchener.

The incident happened just before 11 a.m. on Westmount Road East.

Police say a female driver operating an SUV, or minivan stopped to ask a child if they wanted a snack. 

The child declined, went home, and police were notified about the incident.

The vehicle was white with a pink stripe across the side.
