Police have laid a charge following a two-vehicle collision in St. Jacobs late last month.
The evening of February 23, an SUV and snow management vehicle collided.
Police allege the driver of the SUV was pulling out of a private driveway, on Henry Street, when the vehicle was struck.
A 37-year-old woman was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
On Thursday, March 4, police announced the driver of the SUV has been charged with failing to yield from a private driveway under the Highway Traffic Act.
