It came down to the wire, but the KW Titans had to settle for the Newfoundland split.

They lost to the St. John's Edge 101-97 Wednesday night.

Glen Davis --- who didn't play in Tuesday's contest for the Edge --- put up a double-double, including game highs in points (33) and rebounds (14) for the win.

For the Titans, they got a team high 26 points from Ed Horton.

The big difference may have been rebounding, with the Edge snatching up 46 to KW's 29.

With just four games remaining in their season, the Titans remain out of the playoff picture at 16-20 on the year.

It's not too late though, things are tight in the Central Division.  For comparison, the Edge lead the division at 20-16.

The Titans are home to London Saturday night at 7:00 p.m.
