The weather outside is frightful, and as we're all aware, the drivers can be too.
The OPP are issuing a reminder that there's no secret to driving in the snow, you just need to be careful.
Constable Ed Sanchuck says that he's received many complaints of people following too close.
"The snow is falling, the roads are slippery," says Sanchuck. "People need to reduce their speed, slow down, turn their entire headlight system on, and stop traveling so close to each other."
Sanchuck adds that distractions in the car such as cell phones only add to the chances of a collision.
He issued the reminder in a Twitter video while he was on-scene at a two vehicle collision in Brant County.
