A Kitchener man is facing several impaired related charges after two collisions in Wellington County.
Around 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, Ontario Provincial Police were called to investigate a fail to remain crash in Fergus.
And while officers were heading there, they received another call about a collision involving the same vehicle in Elora, in which witnesses told police they believed the driver was impaired.
When officers arrived at the scene, they observed a driver behind the wheel of the vehicle, attempting to start it.
They formed the opinion that the driver was impaired by alcohol, the driver was arrested and taken to an OPP detachment for further testing.
Michael Magna, 35, is facing several charges including impaired operation of a motor vehicle and dangerous driving.
His licence was also suspended for 90 days, as well his vehicle was impounded for seven days.
Magna is due in a Guelph court on December 20.
