A 38-year-old Kitchener man is facing numerous charges following a four and a half hour police search in Guelph.

On the morning of Nov. 15th, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police received a citizen report in the area of Fourth Line of a suspicious vehicle casing residences.

OPP say when they arrived on scene, the suspect allegedly left the vehicle and fled into the bush.

After four and a half hours, OPP say the suspect was located and taken into custody without incident.

Besides a series of charges, the suspect is also being held for a bail hearing.
