Idea Exchange in Cambridge has a special opportunity to get creative while uplifting others.

It's called The Postcard Project. Residents can pick up blank cards and decorate them with a motivational design.

A post on its website said, "These post cards will be available for members of our community to pick up curbside and send to a friend, neighbour or someone in your bubble. They will also be distributed through the Visiting Library Service, to the retirement residences in town enduring even more stringent COVID-19 safety protocols than the rest of us, as soon as it is safe to do so."

To pick up a three-pack of blank post cards, simply visit the Idea Exchange and call the number on the door, and a staff member will have them ready for you to grab from a safe distance.

Once the cards are embellished, they can be left in the Idea Exchange drop box. The deadline for submissions is February 15.
