The Manpower Group is expecting a strong job market for the area.
Their latest Employment Outlook Survey suggest local employers will be increasing their ranks in the third quarter.
17 per cent of employers surveyed say they plan to hire in the upcoming quarter, with only three per cent anticipating cutbacks.
Meanwhile, 77 per cent planned on keeping their staffing levels as is.
The remaining three per cent were unsure of what their plans would be.
In a release, Heather Irvine of Manpower's Kitchener office says, "With seasonal variations removed from the data, Kitchener/Cambridge's third quarter Net Employment Outlook of 20% is the same percentage reported in the previous quarterly Outlook."
The outlook is only down one point from the third quarter survey that was done in 2018.
