The two Canadian companies are finding a way for you to keep physically distant while in Harvey's drive thrus.
Guests ordering will now pay on a payment machine attached to the end of a Bauer hockey stick.
David Colebrook is the Chief Operating Officer for Harvey's Canada and he said how important the partnership is.
"Only in Canada, would we use our iconic hockey sticks to ensure everyone stays safe at a physical distance while buying their Harvey's burgers."
Harvey's will also donate a portion of its drive-thru sales to Food Banks Canada to further their joint efforts to support Canadians during this challenging time.
Colebrook added "It's a creative and fun solution to a challenging issue. It ensures we can keep feeding Canadians through our restaurants and food banks."
It's a way for Bauer's hockey sticks to be used even if it's not on the ice.
Mary-Kay Messier is the VP of Global Marketing at Bauer Hockey and she said it's about keeping one another as safe as possible during the pandemic.
"We all wish our Bauer sticks could be used to snipe bar down right now, but until hockey re-starts we're glad to put our sticks to good use helping to protect Harvey's Associates and customers across Canada."
Bauer Hockey has also retooled its production line to make medical face shields to protect nurses and other frontline health care workers.
