Huron Perth Public health is asking those who attended a certain event to self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19.

This comes as Waterloo Region Public Health identified a confirmed case in one of their residents who also attended the event, which was held on the evening of Saturday, March 14 at the Seaforth Ag Hall.

If you also attended the event, Waterloo Public Health will be contacting you directly as a precaution.

You should self-monitor for fever, cough or difficulty breathing for two weeks.

If you develop any of these symptoms, you’re asked to use the province’s online assessment tool and self-isolate.
