Christmas may be over, but Edge Electrical Solutions is still in the spirit.

The Waterloo company has donated four new generators to the Lions Club of Kitchener.

It's to replace the four that were stolen right before the K-W Santa Claus Parade on November 17.

They are used to keep the inflatable floats upright.

The total value of the generators was close to $6,500.

The Lions Club appealed to the community for help and on Friday morning the club announced Edge Electrical Solutions offered to replace the generators.

"Their generosity is incredible and will greatly impact our Club, the community events we support and the Santa Claus Parade." Lions Club of Kitchener President, Brett Wilkinson, said in a release.

"Supporting our community is important to Edge Electrical Solutions and we are so pleased that we could help out the Lions Club of Kitchener with the replacement of their stolen generators," Edge Electrical Solutions Owner, Kevin Bechtel, added.
