Cambridge Self-Help Food Bank kicks off 2018 Fall Harvest Food Drive

Over 1,600 families in Cambridge and North Dumfries use the food bank each month

The Cambridge Self-Help Food Bank has announced its 2018 Fall Harvest Food Drive kick-off.

The event will be held on Wednesday, September 19, at Hespeler Zehrs starting at 11 a.m. 

This marks the beginning of a month long food drive across Cambridge and the Township of North Dumfries.

Guests are encouraged to bring food or monetary donations for the food bank.

There will also be several speakers at the event including Cameron Dearlove, Cambridge Self-Help Food Bank Executive Director, Mayor Doug Craig, and Debbie, a Food Bank Co-operative Member.

Over 1,600 families in Cambridge and North Dumfries use the food bank each month.
