You can help give a happy ending to a sad story.
It comes after a litter of puppies were found abandoned in a box in McLennan Park this past August.
The dogs were turned over to the KW Humane Society, and needed round-the-clock medical care.
Depsite best efforts, one of the puppies died.
The remaining nine pups have been in foster care, and have now received all their shots.
They've also been spayed/neutered and microchipped, and are waiting for their forever homes.
If you want to adopt one of the puppies, you can head to the Humane Society's animal centre on Riverbend Drive.
"It's a bitter sweet day for all of us here at the humane society. Our foster parents are saying goodbye to their puppies and their forever families are welcoming them into their homes," said Humane Society executive director Kathrin Delutis in a release.
The Humane Society is also thanking everyone who donated cash and supplies to help care for the puppies over the last few months.
