Rangers make final cuts before preseason

The Kitchener Rangers reassigned 17 players following this weekend's training camp

The Kitchener Rangers made their final round of cuts after this weekend's training camp at the Aud.

The players that remain from camp include:

In addition, import goaltender Pavel Cajan will join the team this week, as will defenseman Martin Has, who was picked up on waivers and is coming in on a tryout basis.

The Rangers begin their preseason schedule this Friday, September 10 at home against Barrie.

Due to capacity limits, only 1,000 fans will be allowed in at exhibition games.

The league recently announced all spectators must be vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend games this season. The policy takes effect when the regular season begins on October 7.
