The flag of the Czech Republic will soon fly at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium.
The Kitchener Rangers have taken goaltender Pavel Cajan with their first round selection in Tuesday's CHL Import Draft.
Cajan, 17, represented the Czechs in the 2019 Hlinka Gretzky Cup.
They chose to pass on making a second round pick, as Finnish defenseman Ville Ottavainen is expected to return for his second season in North America.
