The following is a list of positive COVID-19 cases confirmed in Waterloo Region's public, Catholic, and French schools for September 2021:

- Sept. 21: Three students at Glencairn Public School in Kitchener. All were last at school Sept. 17. High-risk contacts include some staff and students. No outbreak has been declared

- Sept. 21: One probable student case at Our Lady of Grace in Kitchener

- Sept. 21: One student at Queensmount Public School in Kitchener. They were last in the building on Sept. 17. Close contacts include some students and a staff member. 

- Sept. 21: One student at Margaret Avenue Public School in Kitchener. They were last in the building on Sept. 14. Close contacts include some students.

- Sept. 21: One student at Westvale Public School in Waterloo. They were last in the building on Sept. 17. The case is part of an already dismissed cohort and no additional close-contacts have been identified. 

- Sept. 21: One student at Forest Heights Collegiate in Kitchener. Was last in the building on Sept. 16. High-risk contacts include some students and staff

- Sept. 20: One student case at St. Boniface Catholic Elementary School in Breslau. No details have been released

- Sept. 20: One student at Preston High School in Cambridge. Was last at school Sept. 13. High-risk contacts include some students and staff

- Sept. 20: One staff member at Queen Elizabeth Public School in Kitchener. Was last there Sept. 17. High-risk contacts include some students and staff

- Sept. 20: One staff member at Avenue Road Public School in Cambridge. They were last in the building last Wednesday, no high-risk contacts were identified.

- Sept. 20: One student at Forest Heights Collegiate in Kitchener. Some high-risk contacts include some students and staff

- Sept. 19: One student case at École secondaire catholique Père-René-de-Galinée in Cambridge. Two classes closed, school is open

- Sept. 19: One student at Tait Street Public School in Cambridge. Close contacts include some students and staff

- Sept. 19: One student at Riverside Public School in Elmira. Close contacts include some students and staff

- Sept. 19: One staff member at KCI in Kitchener. Close contacts include some students and staff

- Sept. 19: One student at Sir John A. Macdonald Secondary School in Waterloo. Close contacts include some students and staff

- Sept. 19: One student at Stanley Park School in Kitchener. Close contacts include some students and staff

- Sept. 19: One staff member at Coronation Public School in Cambridge. No high-risk contacts were identified

- Sept. 19: One student at Westvale Public School in Waterloo. Some students and staff are high-risk contacts

- Sept. 19. There were two student cases reported at St. Brigid Catholic Elementary School in Ayr between Sept. 17 and Sept. 18. The school declared an outbreak on Sept. 19

- Sept. 19. One student at Monsignor Doyle in Cambridge. No details have been released yet

- Sept. 18: An outbreak was declared in a cohort at Waterloo-Oxford District Secondary School in Baden

- Sept. 18: One student at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Elementary School in Kitchener. A cohort was dismissed

- Sept. 17: One student at Forest Hill Public School in Kitchener. They were last in the building on September 9 and no high-risk contacts have been identified.

- Sept. 16: One student at St. Elizabeth Catholic Elementary School in Cambridge. One cohort has been dismissed.

- Sept. 16: One student at Monsignor Doyle Catholic Secondary School in Cambridge. No other details have been released

- Sept. 16: One staff member at Stanley Park Public School in Kitchener. Was last in the school Sept. 14. Some students and staff were identified as high-risk contacts

- Sept. 16. One staff member at Forest Heights Collegiate Institute in Kitchener. Was last in building Sept. 10. No high-risk contacts were identified

- Sept. 15: One student at Breslau Public School. Was last at the school Sept. 13. Some students and staff are high-risk contacts

- Sept. 15: One student at St. John Catholic Elementary in Kitchener. No details have been released yet

- Sept. 15: Two students at Sir Edgar Bauer Catholic Elementary School in Waterloo. No specific details are available, but one is a probable case

- Sept. 15: One student at Resurrection Catholic Secondary School in Kitchener. No details have been provided yet

- Sept. 15: One student at École Élémentaire Catholique Cardinal-Léger in Kitchener.  One classroom is closed, but school remains open

- Sept. 14: One staff member at St. Dominic Savio Catholic Elementary School in Kitchener. No details have been provided yet

- Sept. 14: One student at St. Benedict Catholic Secondary School in Cambridge. No details have been provided yet

- Sept. 14: One staff member at Conestogo Public School. Last in the school Sept. 9. No high-risk contacts were identified

- Sept. 14: One student at Stanley Park Public School in Kitchener. Was last in building Sept. 9. Some students and staff have been instructed to self-isolate

- Sept. 13: One student at Forest Hill Public School in Kitchener. Was last in the building Sept. 8. High-risk contacts include some students and staff

- Sept. 13: One student at Lackner Woods Public School in Kitchener. They were last in the classroom on Sept. 10. High-risk contacts include some staff members and students. 

- Sept. 12: One student at St. Gabriel Catholic Elementary School in Cambridge. The school is working with public health to identify high-risk contacts

- Sept. 12: One student at Sheppard Public School in Kitchener. No details have been provided yet

- Sept. 12: One student at Glenview Park Secondary School in Cambridge. They were last at the school Sept. 9. All high-risk contacts have been identified

- Sept. 12: One student at Waterloo-Oxford District Secondary School in Baden. Was last at the school Sept. 8. High-risk contacts include some students and teachers

- Sept. 12: One student at Holy Rosary Catholic Elementary School in Waterloo. No details have been provided yet

- Sept. 11: One staff member at St. Mary's High School in Kitchener. No details have been provided yet

- Sept. 10: One student at St. Benedict Catholic Secondary School in Cambridge. No details have been provided yet
