Region of Waterloo Public Health reported 11 new cases of COVID-19 on Monday morning.
It means there have now been a total of 1,323 cases.
But active cases are now at 74, which is eight fewer than Friday.
Another 19 cases were resolved over the weekend, improving that total to 1,133 (86 per cent).
Meantime, the number of deaths linked to the virus remains at 116, with 95 of those related to an outbreak.
The only active outbreak is at Sunnyside Home (long-term) - one resident and four staff tested positive for COVID-19, which is no change from last week.
Regional council will debate a mandatory mask bylaw at a special meeting on Monday afternoon.
