The COVID-19 testing centre on Holiday Inn Drive is set to reopen Tuesday morning, at 8:30 a.m.
The site has been shut down for nearly two weeks as numerous inspections were conducted.
Early last week, staff reported a strange odour and some started to feel ill.
Testing efforts were temporarily moved to the Langs Community Health Centre on Concession Road last weekend as an environmental firm was called in to investigate further.
Cambridge Memorial Hospital said specialized equipment was brought in but they were unable to, "determine the cause or replicate the conditions that may have led to this event."
However, staff tuned-up all the building's systems and performed some minor maintenance.
The temporary location will close Sunday, and there will be no testing available on Monday as resources are shifted back to the Holiday Inn location.
