BRAMPTON, Ont. — Police are looking for help identifying a suspect after a woman was allegedly attacked while jogging in a park in Brampton, Ont.

Peel Regional Police say it happened Wednesday morning as the 20-year-old woman was jogging around Professor's Lake.

They say the woman tripped and fell on the unpaved trail, and while she was getting up a man came out of the woods and grabbed her by the waist.

He then allegedly dragged the woman into the woods, but stopped the attack and ran off when another person walked by.

Police describe the suspect as a black man in his 20s, six feet tall with a medium muscular build.

They're asking anyone with information to call the force's special victims unit.
